LBL eLearning products

The Customer shall have the right to return any e-Learning training product the Customer has purchased through any means. For E-Learning training products and training bundles the customer can claim the return with in 3 days from the date of purchase.

The refund amount will be the price which the Customer paid for the products, less a handling charge of ten percent (10%) of the price.

Before you purchase a LBL training product, it is your responsibility to ensure that the course is right for you. The e-learning websites display all the relevant information on all of the products, also demos are available for some of the products and kindly note by not having access to a demo will not give rights for cancellation.

The detailed product information is designed to reduce the risk of you making the wrong choice. Read the product description and technical requirements. Review provided information to check that the training product will run on your device and that you are comfortable with the depth and style of the product.

As some of our products are sourced by third party companies you will be required to respond to communication from them to gain access to the product(s) you have purchased.

Third parties have developed some of the products supplied by LBL. Usually LBL can support any product access or user issues, however in the rare instances that we need to contact the third-party developers on your behalf, please note; we may require up to 7 working days to gain a solution.

  • eLearning In the event of a refund being awarded, the eLearning products contained within the Bundle Pack will be refunded as per the process detailed in the LBL eLearning products section.
  • Discount Cards (Bundle Pack and Loyalty Points) and Webinar Tickets The monetary value of any tickets, loyalty points or discount coupon that have been activated will be subtracted from the value of any refund given.

About Refunds

When you return an item, your refund and how your refund is issued may differ based on the condition of the item, how long you've had the item and how the item was purchased.

How Refunds Are Issued

Most refunds are issued based on the payment method used at the time of purchase.

Note: Your refund request will be processed instantly. However, it may take 2-3 business days for it to display on your credit card statement.

The refund will be issued in your local currency and will be calculated with the same rate used when you placed your order. may determine that a refund can be issued without requiring a return. If you aren't required to mail your item back for a refund, you will be notified by a Customer Service Representative.
